TEHRAN – Shahre Aftab, a vast, newly-constructed fairground venue in southern Tehran, will play host to the 29th Tehran International Book Fair (TIBF), which will be held from May 4 to 14.

The TIBF has been organized at the Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds and the Imam Khomeini Mosalla over its history spanning about three decades.

Covering an area of 120,000 square meters, Shahre Aftab has been constructed by the Tehran Municipality.
